About Me

My name is Angie, I'm in my fourth year at BSU. While growing up I did not think that I was going to be a teacher, but a teacher of mine in high school changed that. I took an elementary education teacher's aid class and really enjoyed it. My teacher over the next two years kept telling me she thought that this was something I should pursue, but I had a different career plan. It wasn't until after high school that I realized how much I missed being in that 2nd grade classroom day after day.

  1. I loved your personal comments! I always think it is interesting that those who we find influencing us (human beings) the most are for the most part, our teachers. I always try to keep this in the back of my mind when I am in the classroom and try to think, "Am I influencing this student for their bennefit or for my own?" It is sometimes a hard question to answer as the day goes on and gets hectic but a very important question.
